Warsong Wednesday a success!

First off, thanks to Bleeder for organizing this shindig!

EDIT: Read Bleeder’s awards for WSG including damage/heals/KBs.

When I got home from work, there were two spots left in the Warsong, so me and Stomples joined up, making it a full premade. During the time I was there, we only lost one game to a full, very geared, KT premade. But the next time we fought the team, we took the flag and protected it well, for we knew if we did well enough, they would give up.

We sent two rogues and a lolferal druid after the flag carrier, and they almost downed him. (They put up a mild assault as well but couldn’t deal with three paladins healing a geared warrior.) When our stealth team went after the flag carrier the second time, I noticed something peculiar about their team:

Bwak bwak bwak (chicken noise).

I’ll probably write a WSG guide at some point but until I do, here’s some key terms we use.

10 up, 10 down: not the name of a whorehouse in Singapore (Bad Organdonar, bad!). It’s when we take our entire team of 10 people, go into their flag room and then run back down the field together, as a team, and kill their flag carrier as we return. Usually use this strategy against premade teams.

Center defense: Send most of our team to kill people in the middle (especially incoming druids), first when Alliance run down field, and second when they are returning our flag, while we have our flag carrier go into the base to get the flag. Usually use this strategy against PUGs.

So it was a great time guys! Thanks again for leading it Bleeder.
